Thanks, yeah, my specialty seems to be self portraits. I guess I'm the only one who stays still long enough for me to paint! And I pose however I want. And I'm not too expensive! haha!
You are quite welcome, dear. Of course, I do agree with you about the photoshop - it can be very fun to play with because it offers so many features that you can play with more than working on it at all, haha. No wonder why they call it a gadget toy.

Nice eager and inquisitive look, wanting to see more of the world. Besides the beautiful eyes [about the onlty thing I notice in a face, really!] , I like that slight forward tilt of the head - as if listening to someone, and taking it in.
Overall lovely expression with minimum line-work.Clever use of magenta [or what appears to me as magenta!]too.
I am a total disaster at computer manipulations, get confused thoroughly at the very first stage - like opening a file! So, would not know much about technical input in here. My comment is more like on a conventional piece of work.
Now it's time for August 2008 Visual Art Features, many new art to discover!
Don't forget that many artists need to be viewed, they deserve it! Fave Fave Fave! My main purpose in doing a monthly feature about (to my point of view) 'the best visual art' is to put in the same level as well wellknown artists and popular creations as unknown artists and under-exposed creations. Artists need to be supported. So don't be shy!
Here's the Menu per Category :
Digital Paintings & Drawings | Mixed Media | PhotoManipulations | 3-Dimensional | Vector & Vexels | Photography | Traditional Paintings & Drawings | Artisan Crafts

...not enough. I need more. Nothing seems to satisfy. I don't want it. I just need it. To feel, to breathe, to know I'm alive...
You inspired me with your latest ID. I thought, I have enough friends on here that I can show my face. So here I am! hehe!
It's quite enthralling that you used simple lines to convert the portrait of your face to make it look like simple realistic.
